MUSIC THEATRE
The RJ Academy holds two LCM exam sessions a year. Whilst it is not essential that students take part, it is very much encouraged throughout the school. Exams give students a structured goal to work for and when completed offer a huge sense of achievement.
Exams begin with introductory grades and "steps" and can be taken right through to diploma level and beyond. In the UK, LCM's graded exams are regulated by Ofqual, DfES and CCEA at Levels 1, 2 and 3 of the Qualifications and Credit Framework, and UCAS points are awarded for higher grades. LCM's graded exams are now also included on the European Qualifications Framework (EQF).
At the RJ academy we take pride in our excellent exam results, maintaining our standard of 100% pass rate at merit or above.
LAMDA

The RJ Academy holds two LAMDA exam session a year. Again, as with LCM exams, it isnt essential that students take part, but is very much encouraged throughout the school. Exams give students a structured goal to work for and when completed offer a huge sense of achievement.
Exams can be taken from Introductory stages right through to diploma levels and beyond. LAMDA is one of the UK’s oldest and most respected awarding organisations and have been offering exams for over 130 years. LAMDAS ultimate aim is to provide all people with the opportunity to develop the life skills they need to be a success: attributes such as self-confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and present ideas.
As with LCM the LAMDA qualifications are recognised globaly.
